Depending on your account and profile settings, we may collect and display: email, full name, role title, function, location, LinkedIn URL, company name, company website, WhatsApp/phone, profile picture, membership type, guild member status, guild leadership status, member since, and membership expires.

We use personal data to operate the member directory, authenticate users, manage membership, allow members to view and contact each other according to visibility settings, and administer the platform.

Some profile fields are visible to other members only if you enable them in your profile settings. Admin users may view and edit member records for membership administration. Data is stored in Firebase services used by the website.

We use Firebase Authentication, Firestore, and Storage to operate the service. This may involve processing or storing data on infrastructure operated by Google and its service providers, including outside Switzerland.

We keep data for as long as needed to manage membership and operate the directory, or as required by law. You may request deletion where applicable.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to processing of your data, subject to applicable legal limits.

We use access controls, authentication, and role-based rules to help protect personal data. No online system is completely risk-free.
