Angelo is a portfolio-management and reporting application edited by Olive Capital and provided by Popotam SASU, a société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle organised under French law, registered under SIREN 838 642 213 and SIRET 838 642 213 00014 (“Popotam”). For all matters relating to Angelo, references in these Terms to “we”, “us”, “our”, “Olive Capital” or “Angelo” mean Popotam SASU acting in connection with Angelo, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By accessing, you represent that you are legally permitted to do so under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Do your own research and consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

All content on the Platform (text, design, logos, materials, curated intelligence) is owned or licensed by Olive Capital. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without prior written consent.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olive Capital is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Platform, including loss of funds, data, or access.
The Platform may link to third-party apps (e.g. LinkedIn, X). Olive Capital is not responsible for external services and you use them at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate access to the network or platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the Angelo-specific Terms, purchase of Angelo and any agreement for Angelo implementation or support are governed by the laws of France, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
These following Terms and Conditions govern in particular the use of the community member directory, profile pages, and admin tools.
You agree to use the service only for lawful, community-related purposes and not to misuse member data, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the platform.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you submit.
Members may only edit the fields permitted in their profile settings. Admin users may create, update, and remove member records to manage the directory.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any data or images you upload. Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.
Some fields are visible to other members depending on your visibility settings. The directory is intended for internal member use only unless stated otherwise.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated or if needed to protect the service or its users.
The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that all information will always be complete or error-free.
The following additional Terms and Conditions govern in particular the purchase, implementation and use of Angelo, a portfolio-management and reporting application edited and made available by Olive Capital.
The contracting entity for Angelo is Popotam SASU, a French société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle, registered under SIREN 838 642 213 and SIRET 838 642 213 00014, with registered office at [INSERT COMPLETE REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS].
Angelo is a portfolio-management and reporting application intended to help users record, organise and analyse angel-investing positions, investment instruments, valuations, distributions, foreign-exchange information and related portfolio information.
Angelo is not a conventional publicly hosted SaaS service. Its front end is intended to run locally in the user’s web browser through localhost. Database and user-authentication functionality are configured through a Firebase project controlled by the user, with implementation guidance provided by Olive Capital.
The precise product scope, purchase price and any included implementation support are those stated on the applicable Angelo checkout, order confirmation or written proposal at the time of purchase.
Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with these Terms, Olive Capital grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to use Angelo for your own personal or internal business purposes.
You may not copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, make available to unauthorised third parties, or create a competing product based on Angelo or any part of it. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify or attempt to extract source code from Angelo except to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by mandatory applicable law.
All rights not expressly granted to you remain reserved by Olive Capital and its licensors.
Unless otherwise stated at purchase, an Angelo purchase includes one hour of live implementation support with the developer. The session is intended to assist with initial database, authentication, access-control and workspace configuration.
Included implementation support does not include ongoing managed hosting, continuous technical support, bespoke development, investment-data entry, data cleansing, portfolio valuation work, accounting services, legal advice, tax advice, security monitoring, backup services or any other work not expressly agreed in writing.
Additional implementation, support or development services may be made available only by separate written agreement and may be subject to additional fees.
You are responsible for all data entered, imported or otherwise made available through Angelo, including investment, transaction, valuation, distribution, ownership and foreign-exchange data. You represent that you have the right to use and process that data and that doing so does not violate applicable law, confidentiality obligations or third-party rights.
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness and legality of the data used in Angelo. Angelo’s reports, calculations, analytics and outputs depend on the data supplied by you. Olive Capital does not verify the accuracy or completeness of your portfolio data unless separately agreed in writing.
You are also responsible for maintaining appropriate security for the devices, browsers, credentials, networks and user-access permissions used to access Angelo. You should maintain backups and independently retain records that are important to you.
Angelo is a portfolio-management and reporting tool only. It is not audited accounting software and does not provide audited financial statements, audited valuations, regulatory reporting, investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice or any recommendation to buy, sell or hold an investment.
You must independently review Angelo outputs and obtain advice from appropriately qualified professional advisers where needed. You remain solely responsible for investment decisions, portfolio valuations, tax treatment, legal compliance, regulatory reporting and all decisions taken in reliance on Angelo outputs.
Angelo may rely on or integrate with third-party services, including Firebase services provided by Google for authentication and database functionality, and Stripe for payment processing. Those services are governed by their own terms, privacy notices, service availability and security practices.
Olive Capital is not responsible for the availability, acts, omissions, data loss, service changes or security incidents of third-party services, except to the extent liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the relevant third-party terms where required.
Angelo is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of Angelo where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, technical reasons or product development.
We do not guarantee that Angelo will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or configuration, or free from all vulnerabilities. You should not rely on Angelo as your sole record of any investment, transaction or financial position.
Fees, payment terms and any applicable taxes are presented at checkout or otherwise agreed in writing. Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider.
Except where mandatory law provides otherwise or where Olive Capital expressly agrees otherwise in writing, fees paid for Angelo and any implementation services are non-refundable once access, delivery or the implementation session has been provided.
In addition to the termination rights set out above, Olive Capital may suspend or terminate Angelo access if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, failed to pay applicable fees, compromised the security of Angelo or related services, used Angelo unlawfully, or created a risk to Olive Capital, other users or third parties.
On termination, your licence to use Angelo ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law and your responsibilities for data, will survive.
